HOW TO CHECK OUT A DVD:

In order to check out a DVD Video from the Family Dining Safety Association Safety Lending Library you must be a current member of the Association.

Once placed, your order will be shipped to you via USPS at no charge along with a pre-addressed, postage paid, return shipping envelope.

DVD Video are due within 30 days of being received. If the DVD Video is not returned within 30 days, or is lost, you will be invoiced for a $150 replacement cost.
